The cleaning and suction truck, also known as the joint dredging truck, is a new type of specialized sanitation vehicle that combines the functions of a high-pressure cleaning truck and a suction truck. The highlight of this vehicle is the dredging of blocked areas in the sewer that cannot be reached by human labor. Other functions of this vehicle include floor flushing, sewage suction and discharge, manure transportation, landscaping, etc.




The cleaning and suction truck integrates flushing, dredging, suction, and reverse discharge functions. It is used for the suction, transportation, and discharge of various liquid and semi liquid liquids, as well as sludge, feces, wastewater, suspended debris sludge, small bricks, gravel, and other media under various ditches. It can also be used for emergency response to sudden environmental pollution accidents. This will greatly improve the efficiency of cleaning and suction trucks and enhance their operational capabilities. Breaking through the use of advanced technology from domestic and foreign enterprises for cleaning and suction truck products, and fully utilizing vacuum technology through digestion and absorption, the dual anti overflow pump device can better avoid tank overflow and extend the service life of the vacuum pump. The upper part of the sewage suction system consists of a circular tank body, a vacuum pump (SK-20-30 pump with oil or water circulation can be selected according to needs), a secondary engine, power take-off, transmission shaft, water gas separator, oil cylinder, and sewage volume can be selected according to actual needs. It also includes a four-way valve, a multi way directional valve, a sewage outlet, a ball valve, a liquid observation mirror, a vacuum pressure gauge, a hydraulic system, a sewage suction pipe, a back cover safety lock, and other accessories. The tank body can be lifted and the back cover can be opened to directly dump the sewage inside the tank through the back cover. Working principle of product usage

The vehicle is started, the power take-off is attached, and the suction pump is driven. The suction pump operates to extract air from the sewage tank. As the suction hose is always submerged in the liquid surface, the air in the sewage tank becomes thinner and thinner due to the lack of replenishment. As a result, the pressure inside the tank is lower than atmospheric pressure, and the sewage enters the suction tank through the suction pipe under atmospheric pressure. The entire vehicle tank has undergone spray painting, sandblasting, and plastic spraying processes, which have strong adhesion, good corrosion resistance, uniform paint film, bright and long-lasting color, and improved aesthetics. It can withstand adverse environments such as humidity, dust, and salt spray, and long-term use will not cause problems such as cracking, peeling, and fading. This not only improves the appearance of the product, but also effectively prevents rust.


Start the vehicle, attach the sandwich power take-off, drive the high-pressure cleaning pump, pressurize the water through the high-pressure pump device, and then use the high-pressure pipe with the cleaning head to generate a small aperture jet that is converted into high-speed fine jet water. This type of water jet has a huge impact energy and can complete different types of pipeline blockage tasks. The technology of using highly concentrated water jets to complete various pipeline dredging and dredging operations is called "high-pressure pipeline dredging".

Maintain the appropriate speed of the oil pump vacuum pump; The high speed of the vacuum pump exacerbates the heating of the rotor; If the speed is too low, it can cause additional impact on the shipping machine and components, affecting their lifespan. To achieve the appropriate working speed, please adjust the optimal position of the hand throttle according to the pump type in advance.



Dump and flip cans on flat ground; Unloading and overturning cans on sloping roads can cause twisting and deformation of various components, leading to malfunctions and potentially causing overturning accidents. It is also not allowed to top the jar to the brim.



When self dumping and flipping the tank, open the tank body first and then the tank door; Before unloading the mud from the dump tank, the locking bolt should be loosened first, and the rear tank door should be lifted to the required angle. When the tank is fully loaded, it is forbidden to lift the tank with the rear tank door closed, otherwise there is a risk of overturning.



When the oil pump and vacuum pump take power, the engine idles and the clutch pedal is fully depressed. After turning on the power take-off switch, slowly release the clutch pedal.



When the car is in motion, the high-pressure pump and oil pump are in a stopped working state.



The vehicle shall not inhale materials larger than the diameter of the hose and transport waste oil and hazardous materials.


When entering the bottom of the tank or conducting maintenance while the self dumping and flipping tank is lifted, support rods and safety blocks must be used.


Precautions for suction and maintenance

Add diesel engine oil to the suction pump and oil-gas separator, and replace the oil between 30-40 vehicles. Replace the car with over 40 liters for the second time. If there is a shortage of fuel, refuel it and replace it every 3-6 months. The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system should be replaced once a quarter.



If foreign objects and water enter the oil and gas separator, the engine oil must be replaced. The oil in the oil and gas separator cannot exceed the observation hole position or be lower than the oil pipe tee position, otherwise it will damage the vacuum pump.



When the outdoor temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius, use antifreeze engine oil. When the temperature is between 0 and 10 degrees Celsius, use diesel engine oil. If the temperature is above 10 degrees Celsius, replace the closed gear engine oil and check to ensure that the oil circuit is unobstructed.



If the vacuum degree of a new pump is found to be low during the first use, the reason is that there is no oil or too little oil in the new pump, and the pump cannot generate a vacuum during operation. The solution is to add 1-2 liters of engine oil to the new pump. If there is oil in the pump, a vacuum can be generated, and the oil can be drawn into the pump from the oil and gas separator to generate a vacuum.



If the suction truck is operated improperly during operation, the suction head will suck the sewage into the vacuum pump and install it in the water vapor separation and oil gas separation and pipeline system behind, causing the entire system to be blocked by dirt. The entire system will not be able to form a vacuum, and in severe cases, the vacuum pump will be damaged. In this case, the suction pipeline system (including four-way valve, water vapor separator) should be completely disassembled and cleaned, the oil gas separator and oil pipe tee, as well as the inlet and return oil pipes, and the contaminated oil should be replaced. The pollutants in the vacuum pump should be carefully removed.



If the oil is not pumped after cleaning and replacing, check whether the balls of the water vapor separator and the anti overflow valve are in the corresponding positions (both the anti overflow valve and the water vapor separator should be at the bottom, and the anti overflow valve only serves a protective function, not 100% effective. If there are too many bubbles in the tank or foreign objects on the anti overflow valve ball, it will cause the anti overflow valve to fail). After using the car for a period of time, it is necessary to check whether the universal joint screws are loose and tighten or replace them (the connection between the vacuum pump and the power take-off drive shaft is not within the scope of chassis service as it belongs to the upper part, and the user needs to regularly check and tighten it themselves).
