(1): Clear division of labor for assembly line operations (each process is self inspected and qualified by a dedicated person before entering the next process)!
(2): All workshop welders have welding certificates (welding technicians have more than 10 years of work experience)!
(3): Quality department (semi-finished product inspection, testing, pre spray testing, pre shipment testing, trial run inspection, qualified before leaving the factory)!
(4): Using manganese carbon steel plate raw materials and standard well-known brand accessories, fully automatic welding equipment (single-sided welding double-sided forming, resistant to solid and pressure without sand holes, false welding and leakage)!

Production Technology Explanation
(1)Sandblasting and spray coating process
1): Firstly, sandblasting process - using high-pressure high-frequency sandblasting instead of traditional sanding process, the speed of removing surface oxide layer is fast, the sanding is uniform, and there can be tens of thousands of sand holes per square meter, which can remove all dirt such as surface rust and effectively improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the tank body and spray coating.
2): Spray coating technology - environmentally friendly powder coating can make the tank display a uniform and smooth natural color, with a more beautiful and visually appealing appearance.
3): After being baked at a high temperature of 220 degrees Celsius, the paint booth has good adhesion, anti-corrosion, rust proof, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, moisture resistance, insulation, aging resistance, good hand feel, and a lifespan three times that of normal paint spraying.

(2)welding technology
1): Rolling machine process: welding is performed first, followed by plate alignment. Two sides are welded in one molding process, and then the rolled plate is rolled out. Our rolling machine is larger than those of other factories. After the rolling machine is larger, we reduce the welding seams of the middle tank body joints, because all tanks, whether it is the suction tank or the sewage tank, are not affected. They all belong to a type of pressure vessel that can withstand a certain amount of pressure. If there are more welds on a tank like this, the compressive strength will be lower. This means that the compressive strength of single-sided welding and double-sided welding is different. If the welds are normal, there are basically no additional welds on the entire plate. All pressure vessels, including many of the tanks used for chemical products, are automatically welded, and all requirements are single-sided welding with double-sided forming, because their ability to withstand pressure is the strongest. Then reduce the number of joints in the middle and increase their compressive strength. This is why ordinary welding can increase pressure by at least two pressures without any problem.
2): We have the most advanced fully automatic trigger (mainly for tank bodies), which is welded tightly inside and outside, because the sewage tank or water tank comes into contact with highly corrosive dirt, which will corrode over time. The welded area will corrode from the inside out, and cannot be repaired.
3): Advantages of fully automatic welding: One side two welding, single-sided welding with double-sided forming, uniform weld seam, strong pressure resistance (no problem within 8 pressures), no sand holes, no leakage or air leakage, only the plate welding machine can achieve this effect. (Disadvantages of manual welding: uneven welding on one side, false welding, leakage, sand hole phenomenon, if the welding joint is not tight and vacuum pressure is not applied, it is easy to leak gas, with a high risk factor). Fully automatic welding does not have this problem and has a high safety factor.

4): Rotating machine head welding, the head is formed by one-time stamping, and the edge is sloping to fill the weld seam and connect tightly with the welding, with strong compressive strength. (Flat surfaces are not suitable, as they have low resistance to pressure).
After docking the heads on both sides, place them on a rotating machine and rotate 360 degrees to weld the heads, which is also automatic welding. The weld seam is uniform, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing, without sand holes or false welding. (If it is manual welding, the weld seam is uneven, followed by false welding, and there are many missed welds. Because the heads on both sides are the main pressure resistant areas, the materials used for the use of the heads on both sides are very important).
